TRAINER

MOHD SUHAIMI B. MOHAMED ARIFFIN

Holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration with major in Finance from Western Michigan University and Diploma In Business Studies for ITM. His previous experiences included of serving government agency, local conglomerate, Fortune 100 company (Denso) and international consulting firm on project basis (Grant Thornton Consulting).  Previous assignments were in the areas of business advisory, performance management and career excellence training for clients in south Asia, Latin America, west and South Africa and Malaysia.  Here, he has had consulted public listed companies and government agencies. He is a member of Malaysian Mensa Society, a Certified Trainer with PSMB and External Member of the UniKL’s Grooming Big Business and Innovation Committee.

In training, he has conducted numerous training programs for various private and public organizations and con-currently on contract to facilitate trainings for the newly graduated Malaysian graduates under the Graduate Employability Management System (GEMS) and Economic Corridor Eastern Region (ECER). At GEMS and ECER, he is responsible to provide trainings in the area of Business Appreciation, Time Management and HR Matters.  He is also conducting training for SME Bank in the areas of Pricing Policy which includes inventory and tax management and; Planning and Managing Working Capital. Other areas of interest include Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Creativity and Innovation.

Worth noting in consulting, he was part of the team consulted Jabatan Bekalan Air Negeri Sembilan (JBANS) in their privatization exercise into what is known today as Syarikat Air Negeri Sembilan (SAINS), he was specifically in-charged of the financial aspect of the exercise such as projections of revenue generation, water assets and non-water assets expenditure.  He provides consultancy in the areas of optimizing business decisions, performances and resources for clients like UniKL and others.
